You also have the option of equipping the antennas with a user counter. This allows you to accurately know the number of your users through the online platform Librix. All detection antennas can have a docking station, allowing staff to temporarily remove gates when needed.

Thanks to the facilities, your staff won't only manage the entry and exit of an item, but also convert barcode items to RFID. The standard professional station includes an RFID reader available in table and sub-table models. The first can be placed above a table or desk, while the other is placed under your desk. This last option then makes it possible to create a reading zone where all placed items are detected instantly.
To complete our professional facilities, it is possible to add barcode readers (for conversion), ticket printers (tickets), software modules and intuitive touch screens. In addition, they will be compatible with your own computer equipment or with our optimized integrated computer. Thanks to our original solution of a smart shelf, returns and borrowing is done mechanically. In other words, the user returns an item on a specific shelf, and as if by magic, the information reaches the ILS while the anti-theft system activates.
However, the lock system automatically reactivates in the event of a transaction oddity. Errors are displayed on a screen which is interacts to a specific office. Each shelf can be assigned to a colour code placed on the document and stored by the RFID chip during encoding in the FR01 format. In this case, if a document is placed on the wrong shelf, the anti-theft device will be reactivated and the return will be made to the ILS. The user is promptly informed of his error and can return the document to the right place. That is to say, all returned items are immediately available for another booking. In this way, a reader can automatically borrow documents that other readers have put on the shelf.
Libraries of all sizes will be able to take advantage of this system. However, the product evolves in libraries with centralized returns in their organization. The return shelf is also compatible with a mobile library to facilitate return processes. With a mobile library set up, the shelf can also be used as a smart shelf thanks to the inventory option.

We also have an RFID return with a front-panel display. We usually place this type of product at your library reception desk or in a place assigned to return operations. This allows users to complete the return by themselves. For libraries with centralized returns, this is the ultimate solution. You also have the option to add conveyors that in turn allow sorting in up to five boxes. (This solution can also be installed in a SAS to offer the reader to return their documents 24 hours a day).
The RFID return box and the ILS are connected via the SIP2 (or NCOP) protocol. As a result, the lock device is automatically activated when a user submits a document, and then the document is sorted and rendered to the ILS. You have the possibility to customize this modular product according to your needs. It is possible to implement several fronts matched to a machine. That being said, the staff may also have another internal return station in addition to a book lift between the return fronts and the sorter, especially if the latter is located at another level of the building. As a reminder, it is always necessary to consider the different constraints of installation and space required when constructing a library. This internet portal (Librix Online) allows libraries to obtain a permanent source of information on all equipment.
On the other hand, you can also collect more accurate information about your library traffic through LibrixOnline. It allows you to know where users or members are documenting, leaving time, etc. In short, the system manipulates the entire potential of RFID systems by providing necessary and even unnecessary information for some cases.
